Discipline is important for all of us to lead a successful and happy life. The term discipline refers to any training intended to develop moral character or produce a particular pattern of behavior accepted by institutions and society. It is the act of living life following some rules and regulations. Discipline is everything which we do in the right way at the right time. It leads us to the right path. It is one of the most valued assets in each and every walk of life. One has to be disciplined whether we are in school, home, office, factory, playground, battlefield or any other place. Children are the most beautiful creation of God. We, teachers, are so fortunate to meet so many kids every day and shape their lives by loving, caring and guiding them. Children these days are under various types of stress and pressure and most of the time it has nothing to do with academics. But being teachers our entire focus, most of the times, is on how much the child is able to score. When their scores go down, they do not pay attention in the class, become non responsive, the ultimate weapon we have is to shout and scream. Before shouting or screaming on a child, we should try to find the problems with which they are dealing.
